Choose The Lodge, a private event venue with an historic Saratoga setting and timeless elegance. This venue can accommodate intimate indoor events to large-scale celebrations and galas in the fully-appointed outdoor tent. For something more energizing, Vapor offer two-levels of posh décor. The space can be booked exclusively or plan your event during our regular night club hours and you’ve get live music included in your event.

The Lodge is a private event venue located on the grounds of Saratoga Casino Hotel where you’ll find everything you desire to make your wedding your own. The historic setting, timeless elegance and picturesque landscaping provide the ideal atmosphere for a distinctive Saratoga-style wedding. The intimate indoor setting is ideal for smaller weddings, while the large outdoor tent with a wood-plank concrete floor, lighting and elegant fabric ceiling liner can fit up to 200. The lush private grounds of The Lodge also offer an ideal setting for not only for the reception, but ceremony as well.

If something more traditional is your style, be sure to check out our hotel ballroom. The beautifully appointed ballroom offers over 3,000 square feet of customizable space.  Featuring high coffered ceilings, rich woodwork and custom light fixtures, along with broad French doors and windows that offer abundant natural light and easy access to the outdoor veranda.

Corporate Meetings & Conferences

Venue options include our hotel ballroom that can quickly and easily subdivide into in to three breakout rooms, pre-function and break areas, as well as three fully-appointed boardrooms. Other non-traditional options include our trackside restaurant and Vapor, which provides a stage ideal for presentations with a 16’ overhead screen, and over 15 additional presentation screens with optimal viewing from every angle of the room or for use to feature event sponsors.
