Can I enter the casino with an expired ID?

We do not accept expired driver’s licenses.

Can I cash a winning lottery ticket at Saratoga Casino Hotel?

Yes. Our Lottery Claim Center is open Monday – Saturday 9am-9:30pm and Sunday noon-9:30pm. If you have questions about cashing your ticket, please call 518-584-2110 x 5606.

Are children allowed to dine in Mane Bar?

Guests under 21 are not allowed to dine in Mane Bar.

Are electric charging stations available?

Yes. Our 5  Electric Vehicle Charging Stations can charge up to a total of 10 vehicles simultaneously. Charging stations are free of charge and available to all makes and models of electric vehicles (some require an adapter, i.e. Tesla) . Guests may charge as needed, however activation requires guests to have a Charge Point+ account. Once an account has been established guests can use their RFID Chargepoin+ card or the Chargepoin+ App for port activation. Once the charger is connected to Saratoga Casino guests will be notified via Chargepoin+ app of charging status of their vehicle until completed. How old do you have to be to enter Vapor?

Guests must be 21+ to enter Vapor, and must present valid photo ID before entering. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid driver’s license or federal issued photo ID.

Is parking available for RV’s and tractor trailers?

We offer a very limited number of spaces for RV and Tractor Trailer parking. They are not for use for set up or overnight parking and are strictly for guests of the casino only. We do not have any sewer, power hookups or dumping stations available for use. All equipment must be taken with you upon departure. In the event that any vacant RVs or Tractor Trailers are found for an extended period of time, management reserves the right to remove these vehicles from the property at their discretion.

What games do you have?

We offer a full variety of game themes, include video poker, progressives and Keno with individual and multi-denominations ranging from 1¢ to $25. We also offer electronic blackjack, roulette, three card poker and craps.

Can I wager on horse races on the gaming floor?

Yes. You can place a wager on horse racing at our self-service kiosks in Mane Bar or at the SaratogaBets Simulcast Center located next to Diamond Jim’s. You can also place a wager on the live harness races or simulcast races at any pari-mutuel window located in the lower clubhouse or on the mezzanine.

What do you offer at your property?

Saratoga Casino Hotel features over 1,200 slot machines, electronic table games, live harness racing, a variety of dining options, live entertainment in Vapor and a Four-Diamond hotel. In addition, you can watch and wager on simulcast races from tracks across the country seven days a week.

Are Bellmen and Housekeeping gratuities included in my stay?

No. Gratuities to housekeeping and bellmen are at your discretion.

Can I be guaranteed a room with the view of the harness track?

There are rooms available that offer a view of the Harness Track. If available, they can be requested with a reservation agent for an upgraded room rate.

Do guest rooms have kitchen facilities?

No. Each room does have a refrigerator.

Is entertainment included with any group events?

Depending on the day of the event, groups can enjoy many of the entertainment options we offer on property including gaming, live harness racing and live music in Vapor.

Where can I host a holiday party?

Holiday parties can be booked in any of our group venues including Vapor, The Lodge, Hotel Ballroom, Morton’s The Steakhouse and Fortunes Restaurant.

Do you offer any discounts for groups?

Yes, we offer a discounted hotel room rate for groups and we do offer booking incentives periodically throughout the year.

Can I bring in my own food?

All events held on our property are catered by Saratoga Casino Hotel.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes and we do not charge a cake cutting fee.

Are children allowed in your restaurants?

Children under the age of 18 are allowed in Morton’s The Steakhouse and Fortunes. Guests in Vapor must be 21+ unless Vapor is booked exclusively for your event.

Can Vapor be booked privately?

Yes, Vapor is available for exclusive use for meetings, general sessions, corporate parties, galas, fundraisers and any private event. You may book the entire space or just the upstairs level.

Which venues are available for wedding receptions and ceremonies?

The Lodge and Hotel Ballroom offer ideal settings for wedding receptions and ceremonies, however based on the size of your event some of our other venues may be suitable as well.

Do you offer private banquet space?

Private space is available in our Hotel Ballroom, Morton’s The Steakhouse, The Lodge, Fortunes Restaurant and Vapor.

How many guests are considered a group?

Parties of 25 or more guests are considered a group and should contact our group sales department to plan your visit.

How many guest rooms are there?

There are 117 guest rooms. The rooms consist of 61 king rooms, 43 double queens, 4 executive kings, 3 king suites and 6 two room suites.

How large are the guest rooms?

Guest rooms range from 400-900 square feet. Please see the room description when booking for the size of each room.

How many stories is the hotel?

The hotel is 4 stories. The first floor consists of the lobby and hotel amenities and there are 3 floors of guest rooms.

What is the maximum room occupancy?

Five is the maximum room occupancy.

Can you access your email from a guest room?

Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi in all guest rooms.

Are there irons and ironing boards in the rooms?

Yes. Every guest room has an iron and ironing board.

Are there hairdryers in the rooms?

Yes. Every guest room has a hairdryer.

Do all guest rooms have a safe?

Yes. Every guest room has a safe.

Can I receive rates and availability quotes via the web?

What are the acceptable forms of payment when confirming a reservation?

American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Diners Club are accepted.

How much are hotel tax charges?

7% Sales tax and 6% occupancy.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am

How do I cancel my room reservation at the hotel?

You may cancel your room reservation as long as you booked direct through Saratoga Casino Hotel. To cancel your room reservation, please call the hotel directly. You will receive a cancellation number and your deposit will be refunded as long as the room is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. Please note if you booked a non-refundable rate the cancellation policy does not apply.

Is dry cleaning and/or laundry service available at the hotel?

Yes, both services are offered at the hotel.

Are there handicapped facilities at the hotel?

Yes. There are designated ADA and hearing impaired rooms

Is there turndown service available at the hotel?

Turndown service is available per your request.

Are pets allowed in the hotel and casino?

Only registered service animals are allowed on property.

What are your rates?

Rates vary throughout the year. To check a room rate please enter your arrival and departure date in our online reservation system.

Are children allowed to use the pool?

Yes. Children must be supervised by an adult and guests should be advised that there is no lifeguard on premise.

Do you offer a military discount for hotel stays?

Yes. Military rates are available by calling the hotel directly or booking online here.  Rates are subject to availability.

Is there WiFi access in the lobby?

Yes. WiFi is available in the hotel lobby and Marketplace.

I left something behind in our hotel room. Do you have a lost and found?

Yes. Please contact the hotel to claim your item(s). Items are kept in lost and found for up to 90 days.

Do you have babysitting services in your hotel or is there a childcare center with supervision at the hotel?

We do not offer babysitting or childcare at this time.

What are your hours of operation?

Gaming facility operating hours are 9am – 5am, seven days a week.

What is the price of admission and parking?

Free. Admission and parking are always free.

Do you have ATMs?

Yes, we have ATM machines located on property. If you have additional questions concerning the ATMs, please stop by the Cashier’s counter located on the gaming floor.

Can I smoke at Saratoga Casino Hotel?

Smoking is only permitted in the Outdoor Gaming Terrace. In compliance with New York State law, smoking is not permitted inside the gaming facility or any other area that is indoors on the Saratoga Casino Hotel property. Designated smoking areas are located in various locations, outside of the building.

Is your facility handicap accessible?

Yes. We have many handicap parking spaces in our parking lot as well as ramps throughout the property. We also offer automatic doors for those patrons with special needs.

Do you have wheelchairs on property for patrons to use?

We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for guest use while visiting us. Please inquire at Coat Check or at the Hotel front desk.

Do you serve free drinks on the gaming floor?

Yes. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, soda, juice, and water while they play on the gaming floor. Alcoholic beverages are available, but not complimentary.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Dining and Hotel gift cards can be purchased online at https://saratogacasino.com/gift-cards/ or at any of our restaurants on property or at the hotel front desk. For casino gift cards, gaming vouchers of any denomination can be purchased at the Cashier’s Cage on the casino floor. Vouchers are valid for use in any Saratoga Casino Hotel slot machine or electronic table game for up to 45 days after purchase. They are redeemable for cash at the Cashier’s Cage for up to one year after the purchase date.

How old do you have to be to play the video gaming machines?

Patrons must be 18 years of age or older to enter the gaming facility and to play the video gaming machines.

Are children allowed to dine in Morton’s The Steakhouse?

Yes, children under the age of 18 can dine at Morton’s The Steakhouse. Please use the hotel entrance for Morton’s The Steakhouse as children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the gaming floor.

Are children allowed to dine in Lucky Joe’s?

Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to dine in Lucky Joe’s because it is located on the gaming floor.

Are children allowed to dine in Fortunes?

Yes, guests under the age of 18 are allowed to dine in Fortunes however they are not allowed on the gaming floor or permitted to wager on horses.

What is the dress code in Vapor?

Proper club attire is dressy casual. Vapor staff may deny entry to guests wearing torn, soiled or oversized jeans, sweatshirts, tennis shoes, work boots, sports jerseys and apparel, athletic wear, flip flops, hats, tank tops or other inappropriate attire.
