What games do you have?

We offer a full variety of game themes, include video poker, progressives and Keno with individual and multi-denominations ranging from 1¢ to $25. We also offer electronic blackjack, roulette, three card poker and craps.

Can I wager on horse races on the gaming floor?

No. To place a wager on the live harness races or simulcast races you must go to pari-mutuel windows located in the lower clubhouse or on the mezzanine.

What do you offer at your property?

Saratoga Casino Hotel features over 1,700 slot machines, electronic table games, live harness racing, a variety of dining options and live entertainment in Vapor. In addition, you can watch and wager on simulcast races from tracks across the country seven days a week.

Are Bellmen and Housekeeping gratuities included in my stay?

No. Gratuities to housekeeping and bellmen are at your discretion.

Can I be guaranteed a room with the view of the harness track?

There are rooms that have a limited view of the Harness Track. If available, they can be requested with a reservation agent.

Do guest rooms have kitchen facilities?

No. Each room does have a refrigerator and room service is available.

Is entertainment included with any group events?

Groups can enjoy the upper VIP level of Vapor for their event and enjoy dancing on the lower level to live bands on Friday nights or DJ entertainment on Saturday nights.

Where can I host a holiday party?

Holiday parties can be booked in Fortunes, Vapor, The Lodge, our Hotel Ballroom and Morton’s The Steakhouse.

Do you offer any discounts for groups?

For groups of 20 or more we offer a discounted rate in Fortunes Restaurant. Additional discounts may be offered throughout the year during special promotional time periods.

Is the buffet the only option available for groups in Fortunes or Garden Buffet?

No, we have a variety of banquet options available that can be selected by groups in Garden Buffet or Fortunes.

Can I bring in my own food?

All events held on our property are catered by Saratoga Casino Hotel.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a cake or you can purchase one from our catering menu.

Are children allowed in your restaurants?

Children are allowed in Fortunes Restaurant and Morton’s The Steakhouse. Guests in Garden Buffet must be 18 years or older and Vapor guests must be 21 unless Vapor is booked exclusively.

Can Vapor be booked privately?

Yes, Vapor is available for exclusive use for meetings, general sessions, corporate parties, product launches and special celebrations.

Which venues are available for wedding receptions and ceremonies?

The Lodge, Outdoor Tent located at The Lodge, and our Hotel Ballroom and Outdoor Terrace are beautiful venues for both wedding receptions and ceremonies.

Do you offer private banquet space?

Private space is available in our Hotel Ballroom, Morton’s The Steakhouse, The Lodge, Fortunes Restaurant, Garden Buffet and Vapor.

How many guests are considered a group?

Groups are considered to be 10 or more guests. However, special offers and pricing are available starting at 20 guests and vary by venue.

HOW MANY GUEST ROOMS ARE THERE?

There are 117 guest rooms. The rooms consist of 61 king rooms, 43 double queens, 4 executive kings, 3 king suites and 6 two room suites.

HOW LARGE ARE THE GUEST ROOMS?

Guest rooms range from 400-900 square feet. Please see the room description when booking for the size of each room.

HOW MANY STORIES IS THE HOTEL?

The hotel is 4 stories. The first floor consists of the lobby and hotel amenities and there are 3 floors of guest rooms.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM ROOM OCCUPANCY?

Five is the maximum room occupancy.

CAN YOU ACCESS YOUR EMAIL FROM A GUEST ROOM?

Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi in all guest rooms.

are there irons and ironing boards in the rooms?

Yes. Every guest room has an iron and ironing board.

are there hairdryers in the rooms?

Yes. Every guest room has a hairdryer.

do all guest rooms have a safe?

Yes. Every guest room has a safe.

can i receive rates and availability quotes via the web?

what are the acceptable forms of payment when confirming a reservation?

American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Diners Club are accepted.

how much are hotel tax charges?

7% Sales tax and 6% occupancy.

what time is check in and check out?

Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am

how do i cancel my room reservation at the hotel?

To cancel your room reservation, please call the hotel directly. You will receive a cancellation number and your deposit will be refunded as long as the room is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival.

Is Dry Cleaning and/or Laundry service available at the hotel?

Yes, both services are offered at the hotel.

Are there handicapped facilities at the hotel?

Yes. There are designated ADA and hearing impaired rooms

Is there turndown service available at the hotel?

We do not currently offer turndown service at this time.

Are pets allowed in the hotel and casino?

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

What are your rates?

Are children allowed to use the pool?

Yes. Children must be supervised by an adult and guests should be advised that there is no lifeguard on premise.

Do you offer a military discount for hotel stays?

We do not offer a military discount at this time.

Is there WiFi access in the café/lobby?

Yes. WiFi is available in the Café and hotel lobby.

I left something behind in our hotel room. Do you have a lost and found?

Yes. Please contact the hotel to claim your item(s). Items are kept in lost and found for up to 30 days.

Do you have babysitting services in your hotel or is there a childcare center with supervision at the hotel?

We do not offer babysitting or childcare at this time.

What are your hours of operation?

Gaming facility operating hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 am, seven days a week. Live racing can be seen March thru December on select nights.

What is the price of admission and parking?

Free. Admission and parking are always free.

Do you have ATMs?

Yes, we have ATM machines located on property. If you have additional questions concerning the ATMs, please stop by the Cashier’s counter located on the gaming floor.

Can I smoke in the gaming facility?

No. In compliance with New York State law, smoking is not permitted inside the gaming facility or any other area that is indoors on the Saratoga Casino Hotel property. Designated smoking areas are located in various locations, outside of the building.

Is your facility handicap accessible?

Yes. We have many handicap parking spaces in our parking lot as well as ramps throughout the property. We also offer automatic doors for those patrons with special needs.

Do you have wheelchairs on property for patrons to use?

We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for guests’ use while visiting us. Please inquire at Coat Check.

Do you serve free drinks on the gaming floor?

Yes. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, soda, juice, and water while they play on the gaming floor. Alcoholic beverages are available, but not complimentary.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are available to purchase for use at any of our dining outlets. We do not offer gaming gift certificates, but a gaming voucher can be obtained by inserting cash into any machine and simply pressing the “cash out” button. The game will issue you a voucher that can be inserted into any gaming machine or redeemed at the Cashier’s Cage. Vouchers obtained in this manner are valid for 45 days. After 45 days, the voucher can be redeemed at any New York State Lottery Customer Service Center, such as the one located at the Cashier’s Cage on the gaming floor.

How old do you have to be to play the video gaming machines?

Patrons must be 18 years of age or older to enter the gaming facility and to play the video gaming machines.

Are children allowed to dine in Morton’s The Steakhouse?

Yes, children under the age of 18 can dine at Morton’s The Steakhouse. Please use the hotel entrance for Morton’s The Steakhouse as children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the gaming floor.

Are children allowed to dine in Garden Buffet?

Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to dine in Garden Buffet because it is located on the gaming floor.

Are children allowed to dine in Lucky Joe’s?

Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to dine in Lucky Joe’s because it is located on the gaming floor.

Are children allowed to dine in Fortunes?

Yes, guest under the age of 18 are allowed to dine in Fortunes however they are not allowed on the gaming floor or permitted to wager on horses.

What is the dress code in Vapor?

Proper club attire is dressy casual. Vapor staff may deny entry to guests wearing torn, soiled or oversized jeans, sweatshirts, tennis shoes, work boots, sports jerseys and apparel, athletic wear, flip flops, hats, tank tops or other inappropriate attire.
