Juan joined Saratoga Casino Hotel in 2018 as a Guest Service Representative and was quickly promoted to Manager. His 20+ years of experience in customer service, sales and retail management have allowed him to grow and develop the Saratoga Club into a cohesive team that works hard and values the importance of strong relationship with our guests. Juan was born in Puerto Rico and in his free time enjoys cooking recipes from his native county, as well as bowling and playing darts. He has a wife, daughter and two sons who all enjoy family game nights.
With a strong background in casino marketing and sales, Enzo understands the importance of developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with our guests. After growing up in the Capital Region, Enzo studied business at Bentley University where he was also starting placekicker for the football team. While he is an avid fan of Duke Basketball and a horse racing aficionado, Enzo is also incredibly proud of his Italian heritage. He welcomes every opportunity to visit Italy to see family. Chris joined the Host Team after previously serving as a Lead Guest Service Representative at the Saratoga Club. Hailing from a small town in the Adirondacks, Chris grew up with an affinity for the outdoors and loves to spend his free time skiing or hiking. Chris’s favorite aspect of his job is meeting new guests, so be sure to introduce yourself to Chris during your next visit to Saratoga Casino Hotel!
Sergio has been with Saratoga Casino Hotel since 2019 and has worked his way up to Player Relations Executive. He has worked in customer service for nearly 10 years and truly enjoys interacting and building relationships with guests. Sergio moved to the United States in 2000 from his native country of Mexico and is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. Outside of work Sergio enjoys playing and watching soccer, as well as travelling and spending time with his family. Maddy is a lifelong resident of Saratoga Springs and loves to share random facts about the area. She is an avid gym-goer and exercises almost every day. Outside of her gym and work schedule Maddy is often outdoors with her dog Olly taking him for hikes throughout the Adirondacks. Her education, experiences working on cruise ships and at luxury hotels make Maddy a guest service superstar. You may recognize Jenn as “The Voice” of Saratoga Casino Hotel. She has been announcing winners and giving out prizes for over 10 years. With her kind, easy-going nature she has a knack for developing a wonderful rapport with all of our guests. As such, in early 2023 Jenn was promoted to Promotions & Player Relations Coordinator where she can have a more direct impact on the satisfaction of our guests utilizing her over 20 years of customer service experience. Jenn is a native of Troy, and on her days off enjoys spending time with her family, taking singing lessons and writing poetry/songs.
