The management of Saratoga Casino Hotel believes that the Company has a moral, social, and business responsibility to promote responsible gaming by its employees and patrons and to strictly enforce minimum legal wagering ages.
All employees at Saratoga Casino Hotel are trained to recognize and respond appropriately when a person or customer gaming problem becomes apparent.

The Self-Exclusion Program allows any guest to voluntarily request that we prohibit any participation in any activities on Saratoga Casino Hotel property if they believe they may have a gaming problem or for any personal reason. By completing the appropriate forms below, these guests will be banned from all activities in our gaming facility or at our track, and are prohibited from collecting any winnings or recovering any losses. Self-excluded guests cannot receive any complimentary services or participate in our Player Extras Club promotions.
Please be aware that a family member may not place another family member on the Self-Exclusion list. Placement on the list is entirely voluntary and must be done by the guest seeking exclusion.
To participate in our voluntary self-exclusion program on property, please go to the Security Office located next to the Cashier’s counter. You will need to fill out one of the self exclusion forms requesting to be excluded, a photograph will be taken, and a copy of your license will be made.
Please note: The form must be completed in person at our Security Office for the request to be official.
If you cannot appear in person, you may mail in a voluntary self-exclusion request to the below address using the form. Any request for exclusion which is submitted by mail shall be signed before a notary public or other person empowered by law to take oaths and shall contain a certificate of acknowledgment by such notary public or other person attesting to the identity of the person making the request.
To request to be reinstated after the length of your exclusion has expired, you may submit the appropriate reinstatement form.
