REPORTS TO: Front Manager – Morton’s

EDUCATION:   High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

TIPS certification required.

EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in fine dining restaurant required.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and




  1. Greeting guests in a friendly and timely manner at the table.
  2. Taking orders and entering in computer.
  3. Placing order in kitchen by writing and entering on register system.
  4. Retrieve and deliver entrees, sides and sauces.
  5. Periodically return to table to follow-up on service and foods.
  6. Operates POS System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions.
  7. Warmly thanking guests and delivering check, after ensuring complete satisfaction.
  8. Accurately records all F&B revenues and corresponding receipt of money, credit cards, complimentaries and coupon settlements.
  9. Relays all guest compliments and complaints to management.
  10. Delivers food to hotel rooms as needed by management.
  11. Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
  • Other:
  • Able to lift and carry 40 lbs. repeatedly.
