The individual in this Analyst I role…. 

  • Creates operational performance analysis reports for different facets of the company
  • Identifies trends and developments in property performance and presents findings to senior management.
  • Independently drives departmental labor analysis for operating departments.
  • Ensures accurate internal departmental reporting with routine periodic data collection and validation.
  • Analyzing financial data and developing forecasts through trend analysis.
  • Enforce all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of any and all data and analyses.
  • Promote outstanding customer relations 

EDUCATION:    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required.  

EXPERIENCE: Previous Accounting/Finance experience preferred, strong knowledge of MS Office programs preferred, Strong analytical experience preferred.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Extended working hours, including nights, weekends and holidays may be required.

Other: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
