Bulldog Race Registration

Contestant agrees to indemnify and hold Saratoga Casino Holdings LLC, its employees, and volunteers harmless from any and all claims made against Saratoga Casino Holdings LLC, including, without limitation, all costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, damages, and attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with (1) any structure erected by Contestant, (2) any apparatus, equipment, or personal property used by Contestant, (3) any act or omission to act of Contestant, its agents, invitees, participants, representatives, employees, servants and agents (4) any claims made on account or resulting from Contestant’s participation in the contest. 1. I shall not hold Saratoga Casino Holdings LLC or Racetrack or any event sponsor responsible or liable for (i) any injury to my dog; or (ii) any cost incurred for misbehaved dogs, accidents. 2. My dog is current on all required vaccines. 3. I agree that I am responsible for controlling my dog at all times and will pick up after my dog. 4. I agree to keep my dog on a leash except when racing in the event. 5. I agree to allow any photo or video of me or my dog taken during the race or parade to be published and used in future marketing for the event. Must be at least 18 years old to claim prize.
