HOUSEKEEPING
During your stay, housekeeping services will be limited.
If you are here 2-3 nights, your towels, coffee and amenities will be refreshed. A bag containing these items will be placed at your door each day by 9am. If you’d like housekeeping to provide full service, please notify the front desk before 11am. If you are staying 4+ nights, you will receive full service on the third morning and service every third morning afterwards.

You will be required to enter your last name (as it appears on your reservation) and room number.
GETTING AROUND
Hotel Shuttle: Shuttle service is complimentary and available on a first come, first served basis.
Shuttle hours; Monday- Thursday: 4pm-10pm, Friday: 4pm-12am, Saturday: 11am-12am, Sunday: 12pm-6pm
Please note that when there is a Live Nation SPAC event shuttle service will run until 12am any day of the week.
Explore Saratoga by bike! To access a CDPHP Cycle bike (located just outside our hotel lobby) simply download the app, register, and then hit the road.
