Ugly Sweater Party Contest Rules and Regulations
Three prizes awarded on Friday, December 8, 2023 in Vapor for Ugly Sweater Party Contest
Guests wearing an Ugly Sweater are eligible to win cash prizes
1st prize $250, 2nd prize $150, and 3rd prize $100
Guests must be 21 years or older and have valid photo ID
Entries
Each Vapor guest is eligible to enter into the Vapor 2023 “Ugly Sweater Contest”. To enter, guests must visit Vapor between 9pm-11pm on 12/8/23 wearing an Ugly Sweater. Guests must be present to win the cash prizes.
Contest
There will be two (2) Judges selecting the entries for the Ugly Sweater Contest starting at 9:00pm and continuing until approximately 11:00pm. There will be a maximum of ten (10) qualifiers picked; each qualifier will be issued a number, which they will need to produce when called onto the stage in Vapor. Starting at approximately 11:30pm, the selected qualifiers will be brought to the front of the stage in Vapor. Finalists must be present to be eligible to win. The judges of the night will narrow the (ten) 10 qualifiers down to three (3) and the winners’ prizes will be determined by audience response. The winner(s) must be present and produce valid photo identification to be determined a winner. Management will determine winners’ verification.

First Prize $250 Cash
Second Prize $150 Cash
Third Prize $100 Cash
Exclusions:
If the winner is currently banned or excluded from Saratoga Casino Hotel, they will not be eligible to win and a new winner will be drawn.
Additional Rules
Prizes are not transferable. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all expenses related to the use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating, contest entrant agrees to the official contest rules and, where legal, the use of winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation. Winner must sign a publicity release form. Winner shall release, discharge, and hold harmless Saratoga Casino Hotel and its parent companies from all liabilities, claims or damages arising from participation in this contest and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of the prize. Promotions and membership may be subject to additional or revised rules and conditions. Saratoga Casino Hotel reserves the right to alter or terminate or substitute any promotional or giveaway offers without notice.
Employees of Saratoga Casino Hotel, persons licensed by the New York State Division of the Lottery holding a video lottery license and officers or employees of the New York State Gaming Commission are ineligible and not permitted to wager upon or claim a prize in a video lottery game. Ineligible persons include employees of Saratoga Casino Hotel, as well as any immediate family members residing in the same household of any of the aforementioned individuals. In addition, ineligible participants include employees and family members of Empire Merchants North Regent Division.
Any dispute or situation not covered by the official rules will be resolved by Saratoga Casino Hotel management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. In addition, Saratoga Casino Hotel reserves the right to void any entry, and/or to change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of the Vapor 2023 Ugly Sweater Contest.
