Looking Forward to Great Times!
We are missing our guests and can’t wait until we’ll be able to open our doors again. In the meantime, we know you have several questions about our temporary suspension so we have compiled a quick FAQ that may address some of your immediate concerns and questions.

There may be some questions that we simply don’t have the answers to right now, but if there is anything else you’d like to know, please feel free to reach out to us. We would love to hear from you.

What will happen to my Saratoga Club points?
Your Saratoga Club points will not expire or change during our temporary suspension.

What happens to my unused March Free Play?
When we reopen, we will issue new Free Play offers to anyone that had offers for the month of March.

What happens to the entries I had for upcoming promotions?
All of our March promotions, aside from the Porsche Giveaway are cancelled. Any entries earned for the Porsche giveaway will be transferred to the new drawing date. Once a new date has been set we will notify guests of the new date and of their entry balance. No entries will be lost.

I can’t earn points while you are closed, how will my tier qualification be affected?
We will adjust our tier qualification period based on the time we are not open.

When will the cruise certificates be given away?
We will be rescheduling the free cruise giveaway for later this year. All players that received the offer for March will receive and invitation for the new event date once it has been confirmed.

What happens to the Sock of the Month Promotion?
We will continue with the sock of the month promotion once we reopen. The Sock Load of Cash drawing in December will only be based on the number of months the socks were actually given away.

How can I get a copy of my win/loss statement?
You can request a copy of your win/loss statement here. Win/Loss statements are being processed weekly.

How can I get my W-2G?
You can request a copy of your W-2G using the form here. Please include a copy of your valid photo ID and send to: Saratoga Casino Hotel, Attn: Audit Department, 342 Jefferson St., Saratoga Springs, New York 12866.

How can I cash in a gaming voucher that is nearing the expiration date?
To process any vouchers you may have, we recommend you send the voucher to the Gaming Commission Central Office in Schenectady. The voucher will be processed and a check will be sent back to you in the amount of the voucher. To process the claim, the following information will be needed: Full name, address and phone number. I purchased tickets to a show at Vapor. Can I get a refund?
We have rescheduled both ticketed events that were impacted by the temporary closure. Travis Denning has been rescheduled for October 22 and Michael Grandinetti has been rescheduled for September 24. Any tickets purchased for the original show date will be honored on the new date. If you would like a refund, all refunds must be requested prior to the original show date. For a refund, please call 518-581-5775.

I have hotel reservations. When and how will I know if they’re cancelled?
All guests with reservation through June 30 will be notified via email or a phone call regarding their reservation status. No penalties or fees will apply. Guests with reservations beginning July 1 are still confirmed at this time. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will notify guests with reservations should their status change in the coming weeks.

Are you accepting new hotel reservations?
Yes, at this time we are accepting hotel reservations for July 1 and beyond.

We booked an event at the property. Who can I talk to about rescheduling?
Our team is available to handle all the details of rescheduling your event or booking a new one. Email ccarlson@saratogacasino.com to speak with our Director of Sales.

Is Harness Racing still operating?
No. Harness Racing operations are currently closed. We are following the guidance of health officials and the New York State Gaming Commission regarding when we will be able to race again. Updates will be posted on our website and on our Facebook page.

Can I still wager on horse racing?
Although we cannot allow guests on property for simulcast wagering, you are still able to wager on any tracks that are currently running using our online wagering platform. To set up an account visit SaratogaBets.com. View the simulcast calendar here.

When will you reopen?
At this time we do not know when we will be able to reopen. We are following the guidance of health officials and the New York State Gaming Commission regarding our reopen. Updates will be posted on our website and on our Facebook page.
