Morton’s The Steakhouse coming to Saratoga Casino and Raceway, proudly serving The Best Steak Anywhere®
Saratoga Springs, NY (December 14, 2015) Saratoga Casino and Raceway today announced that the nationally acclaimed Morton’s The Steakhouse will operate the feature restaurant inside the casino’s $40 million hotel expansion. Both the hotel and Morton’s The Steakhouse are on track to open for the summer of 2016.
Morton’s The Steakhouse has consistently delivered exceptional dining experiences for guests since their first restaurant opened in 1978. With a menu featuring the very best USDA prime-aged beef, fresh seafood and hand-picked produce, Morton’s The Steakhouse has become synonymous with top quality and has received hundreds of national awards and accolades.

The 6,500 square foot restaurant will seat 160 guests, including a private dining space for parties of up to 32. The lobby bar at Morton’s The Steakhouse will seat an additional 60 guests. Morton’s The Steakhouse at Saratoga Casino and Raceway will be the only site in the area, wit

Also announced today are additional details on room amenities and reservations. Standard rooms offer a distinctive, modern interpretation of Saratoga’s storied Victorian style décor and feature quilted headboards and elegant hardwood furniture. Additional amenities planned for the 13 luxury suites range from a fireplace, 900 square feet of space and large bay windows overlooking the casino’s harness track. All guests will enjoy complementary Wi-Fi and access to the hotel’s pool and fitness center.
Reservations for rooms beginning June 17, 2016 will be able to be made online by visiting www.saratogacasino.com starting Friday, December 18.
Private event space inside the hotel is also currently available for reservations. The sub dividable 3,000 square foot grand ballroom and private dining space in Morton’s are offered for larger parties and special events.
