Kenny Chesney Signed Guitar Giveaway Official Rules

One (1) winner of a Blue Chair Bay Kenny Chesney signed guitar.
Eligibility:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Guests who visit Vapor Nightclub during operating hours on Fridays and Saturdays February 28 – March 22 (February 28, March 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 & 22, 2025) can enter to win a Blue Chair Bay Kenny Chesney signed guitar by scanning a QR code on table tents and digital screens throughout Vapor. Any guest in Vapor is eligible to enter by scanning the QR code. No purchase is necessary. Guests may only enter once per night, but may enter multiple times by visiting Vapor more than once during the promotional entry period. Entry deadline in Saturday, March 22 at 9:30pm.
On Saturday, March 22, 2025 one winner will be randomly selected from all recorded QR scans through the Saratoga Casino Hotel portal and will be announced in Vapor at 10:00pm by a Saratoga Casino Hotel representative on the Vapor stage. The winner must be present and will have two minutes to claim their prize. If they don’t present themselves to the Vapor stage within two minutes of their name being announced, they will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected. This process will repeat until we find a winner who is present.
The Blue Chair Bay Kenny Chesney signed guitar is valued at $500. The winner must fill out a win form confirming they have claimed the prize.
Exclusions:
If the winner is currently banned or excluded from Saratoga Casino Hotel, they will not be eligible to win and a new winner will be drawn.
Additional Rules:
Prizes are not transferable. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the date awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any and all expenses related to the use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating, contest entrant agrees to the official contest rules and, where legal, the use of winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation. Winner must sign a publicity release form. Winner shall release, discharge, and hold harmless Saratoga Casino Hotel and its parent companies; IGT, Bally/SDG, Spielo/GTECH, MGAM and the New York State Division of the Lottery from all liabilities, claims or damages arising from participation in this contest and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of the prize. Promotions and membership may be subject to additional or revised rules and conditions. Saratoga Casino Hotel reserves the rights to alter or terminate the Saratoga Club at any time, and to alter, terminate or substitute any promotional or giveaway offers without notice.
Employees of Saratoga Casino Hotel, persons licensed by the New York State Division of the Lottery holding a video lottery license, and officers or employees of the New York State Gaming Commissions are ineligible and not permitted to wager upon or claim a prize in a video lottery game. Ineligible persons include employees of IGT, Bally/SDG, Spielo/GTECH and MGAM as well as any immediate family members residing in the same household of any of the aforementioned individuals.
Any dispute or situation not covered by the official rules will be resolved by Saratoga Casino Hotel management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. In addition, Saratoga Casino Hotel reserves the rights to change, cancel, or modify this promotion at any time.
