Phil Fluet was a two-time driving champion at Tioga Downs before relocating to Saratoga Casino Hotel fulltime in 2015. A trainer as well as a driver, Phil won both the SCH/SHHA Johnny Page Driver Breakthrough and Peerless McGrath Trainer Breakthrough awards in 2015.

Phil scored his 1,000th driving win in 2021. Phil also trains a stable of horses and has over 600 career training victories.
