We are very excited to reopen our doors to our guests once again. We have missed you and understand that you may have some questions about returning to play. We have compiled a quick FAQ that may address some of your immediate concerns and questions. If there is anything else you’d like to know, please feel free to reach out to us.
What if I can’t wear a mask or I forgot a mask at home?
A mask is required for entry. Unfortunately we can’t allow entry without one. We ask that you return when you are wearing a mask and we’ll be happy to welcome you back. If you have a medical reason that does not allow you to wear a mask you may enter.
Can I wear a face shield?
Yes, a face shield is approved.
Do I need to have my temperature taken?
Yes. It is required for all guests entering the building. It is for the protection and safety of everyone involved. The temperature check is non-invasive and only requires a scan of your forehead or wrist.
Why do we have to take our masks down?
This quick facial view is required by the New York State Gaming Commission and to make sure we’re not allowing minors on the gaming floor.
As a top VIP player, why do I have to wait in line?
Everyone has to go through the screening process. We appreciate your patience with the screening process.
How are you keeping the machines clean / What cleaning measures are in place?
We have increased cleaning protocols throughout the property. Machines and other high touch points will be cleaned on a regular schedule. All cleaning follows the guidelines of the CDC and NYS Department of Health. For complete details, please see our Safe Bet Plan.
Promotions and Saratoga Club
When are you going to give away the Porsche from March? What happened to my entries for this drawing?
Due to capacity limitations and to be fair to all guests who earned entries, we will be giving the Porsche away at a later date which is still to be determined. We will communicate on mail pieces, social media and email when the makeup date will be. Any entries earned prior to the closure will still be valid for the new drawing date.
Will you be rescheduling the Cruise giveaway?
Due to current travel concerns and restrictions we have not set a new date for the Cruise giveaway at this time. We will continue to monitor travel restrictions and re-evaluate plans for a future date.
Why are there no promotions? When will promotions return?
Promotions are currently on hold due to Gaming Commission requirements. We hope to resume promotions as soon as we are able to increase our guest capacity limitations.
Did anything happen with my points?
No points were removed during the closure. You can check at any slot machine or visit the Saratoga Club to see your point balance.
Will my Club card membership level change?
We have given everyone a courtesy extension at their current Club card level. The club status you had from March will continue through the remainder of this year unless you earn an upgraded prior to the end of the year.
Food & Beverage and Vapor
When will the restaurants reopen? Where can I eat and drink?
Lucky Joe’s, Diamond Jim’s, Morton’s and Perks Cafe are open with limited hours and menus. We will be reopening the remaining restaurants in the future as we’re able to increase operations. Masks are required unless seated at a designated dining table. Drinks can only be consumed in designated dining areas.

Morton’s The Steakhouse – Open 5-9pm Wednesday-Sunday
Diamond Jim’s – Open daily 10am-Midnight
Perks Cafe – Open 7am-2pm Thurs-Sun
When will Vapor reopen?
Vapor is currently under renovation and will reopen once complete with all your favorite bands and entertainment.
Why is Valet closed? When will it reopen?
Valet is currently closed to ensure the safety of all guests and employees. At this time, we do not know the date it will return.
Can I rent a scooter or wheelchair?
For your safety, scooters are unavailable to rent. Wheelchairs must be requested upon arrival.
Why can’t I go through the lobby to the casino? When will access be permitted?
To ensure the safety of all of our guests everyone is required to visit the screening area before entering the casino floor. Having one location for this screening process allows us to control our capacity numbers while we currently have restrictions. As restrictions are lifted we will be able to allow multiple entry/exit points.
Why can’t I smoke in the Outdoor Gaming Terrace? Where can I smoke?
This section is registered as a gaming area which requires a face mask and we can’t allow for masks to be down or off in a gaming area. Smoking is currently permitted at the designated area outside the south entrance. Please note anyone who exits the south entrance will have to go through the screening process from the beginning before re-entering.
What if I have an expired voucher?
If the voucher is expired for one year or longer guests should call the New York Lottery at 518-388-3300 and they may be able to help. Unfortunately we are unable to replace expired vouchers.

Racing: Live Racing Monday and Tuesday with the first post at noon. No spectators allowed.
Upper Mezzanine: Wed, Thurs, Sunday 11:30am-7pm & Friday-Saturday 11:30am-9pm
Saratoga Club: Sun-Thurs 10am-11pm, Fri-Sat 10am-midnight

Lottery Claim Center: Guests with winning NY Lottery tickets over $600 need to schedule an appointment by calling the Cage at 518-584-2110 x 5606 or by going online to https://nylottery.ny.gov. Appointments will be available Mon-Sat 10am-9:30pm and Sunday noon-9:30pm. Tickets under $600 do not need an appointment.
