Host-Morton’s (PT)

EDUCATION:    High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.  TIPS certification required.

EXPERIENCE:    Previous experience in fine dining restaurant required.    

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:  Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. ****************************************************************************************************************


* Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.

* Seat guests by escorting them to a table in appropriate sequence.

* Check coats, hats, packages in secured area.

* Check and maintain washrooms, lobby and lounge for cleanliness.

* Manage a waiting list and seating chart when necessary.

* Takes accurate reservations and phone messages.

* Seeks management approval on reservations.

* Delivers food to hotel rooms as needed by management.

* Performs all other duties as assigned.
