Customer Service Rep. (FT) 2nd Shift

SUPERVISES: N/A

REPORTS TO: Guest Service Assistant Manager

EDUCATION:   High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

EXPERIENCE: One (1) to three (3) years in Marketing and/or Public Relations, PC/Computer knowledge preferred. Excellent verbal and communication skills.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of

the business including nights, weekends, and holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for generating a positive and friendly atmosphere with all guests by assisting guests when called upon and generally creating a relationship of goodwill.
  • Adhere to established company and departmental procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Maintain established company and departmental hygiene and appearance standards through well groomed, neat, and professional manner.
  • Working knowledge of computer player rating system.
  • Handles customer concerns and reports all incidents to the Guest Service Manager.
  • Checks guests ratings through player rating system.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Knowledgeable of all activities and amenities of Saratoga Casino Hotel.
  • Interfaces daily with personnel from various departments.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records and account maintenance.
  • Ability to control and execute accurately all transactions.
  • Acts with discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling of sensitive information.
  • Side work duties completed as assigned in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station and environment.
  • Assist with promotions and events.
  • Responsible for accurate handling and procedures of cash/free play throughout shift.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
