Concession Worker (PT)


REPORTS TO: Concession Manager

EDUCATION:   High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

TIPS Certification required.

EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in restaurant and/or fast food environment preferred.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the

business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.



  1. Serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
  2. Operates POS System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions.
  3. Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner.
  4. Accurately records all F&B revenues and corresponding receipt of money, credit cards, complimentaries and coupon settlements.
  5. Serves menu items in predetermined portions.
  6. Prepares coffee/tea specialty drinks in accordance with recipe standards while working in Perks Café.
  7. Relays orders to main kitchen and acts as a runner to replenish the line as needed.
  8. Restocks all items and products in area as needed.
  9. Prepares inventory of area and orders necessary stock.
  10. Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Health Department Codes.
  11. Monitors alcohol consumption by guest, adhering strictly to SCH policy and NY State Law.
  12. Relays all guest compliments and complaints to F&B Managers and Supervisors.
  13. Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.

  • Able to lift and carry 40 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
