REPORTS TO: Front Manager – Morton’s

EDUCATION:   High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: One (1) year bussing experience preferred.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and




  1. Greeting guests in a friendly and timely manner at the table.
  2. Assemble and serve hot bread and butter promptly to each table.
  3. Clear plates and silverware.
  4. Deliver cleared items to dishwasher area.
  5. Sort and rack glasses, silverware, scrape plates, recycle at dishwasher area.
  6. Set/reset tables according to standard.
  7. Set up service stations, stocking/restocking during shift.
  8. Restock bar area, fill ice bin and assist Bartenders as needed
  9. Perform cleaning and side work duties as assigned.
  10. Maintain supply of ice to service area.
  11. Delivers food to hotel rooms as needed by management
  12. Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
  • Other:
  • Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
