The management of Saratoga Casino and Raceway believes that the Company has a moral, social, and business responsibility to promote responsible gaming by its employees and patrons and to strictly enforce minimum legal wagering ages.

All employees at Saratoga Casino and Raceway are trained to recognize and respond appropriately when a person or customer gaming problem becomes apparent.

If you feel that you have a gaming problem and need assistance, we can help. Our voluntary self-exclusion program is available on property and we can direct you to further assistance by the New York Council on Problem Gambling. The problem gambling hotline phone number is:

To participate in our voluntary self-exclusion program on property, please go to the Security Office located next to the Cashier’s counter. You will need to fill out a form requesting exclusion, a photograph will be taken, and a copy of your license will be made. The above must be completed in person at our Security Office for the request to be official.
