Robyn grew up in the harness racing industry.  Her parents, Nicholas and Laura, have long been in the horse racing business.  Robyn decided to go off and establish her own stable and has been doing very well. 

Robyn was awarded the Peerless McGrath Award in 1997 by the Saratoga Chapter of the United States Harness Writers; and in 2003, was named Horsewoman of the Year by the same organization.  She has finished in the top ten for trainers ever since.

Robyn trained the 2011 $5,000-$7,500 Claiming Filly & Mare of the Year, You Can't Fool Me, which was claimed from Robyn toward the latter part of the racing season.

Alpine Dauntless, trained by Robyn was awarded the plaque for $5,000-$7,500 Claiming Trotter of the Year.
