• What are the denominations that can be played on the games?

  The games that we have range in denomination from 1 cent (penny games) to $25. They specifically break down as $0.01, $0.02, $0.05, $0.10, $0.25, $0.50, $1, $2, $5, $10, and $25 games.

• Do you have video poker?

  Yes. We offer six different titles of video poker games with a range of denominations on the gaming floor.  All games are based on five card draw poker.

• Do I need a card to play the video gaming machines?

  No card is necessary to play our games. All of our machines are equipped with a cash or ticket in, ticket out function. Simply insert any denomination bill, or ticket with credits, and begin playing. When you are ready to leave, press the "cash out" button and the game will issue you a voucher that can be redeemed at the Cashier's Cage located on the gaming floor.

• Do you have a rewards program?

  Yes. Our rewards program is called the Player Extras Club. Based on membership level, the Club offers an extensive line of benefits. To inquire more about the Club, visit the Player Extras Club page here.

• How can I check how many points I have on my Club account?

  To maintain player privacy, we require that you visit the Player Extras Club in person with valid state or government issued identification. This is true for any change on your account or request for account information.

• How can I submit a change of address?

  To maintain player privacy, we require that you visit the Player Extras Club in person with valid state or government issued identification. This is true for any change on your account or request for account information.

• Do my Player Extras Club points expire?

  Yes. Points acquired on your Player Extras Club card expire after six consecutive months of no card activity.

• How do I obtain a win/loss statement?

  To obtain a Win/Loss statement, please fill out and sign the official request form and mail it to: Saratoga Casino and Raceway, Attention Player Development Manager, PO Box 356, 342 Jefferson St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.  You will have the option to pick-up your statement in person at the Player Extras Club or have it mailed to your home address.
